2,Description

1. The nozzle position is flexibly adjustable, supporting vertical, horizontal, and forward/backward movement to accommodate the wax injection positioning requirements of various molds.

2. The wax-free design simplifies the traditional precision casting process, eliminating the need for 24-hour waiting times for wax molds in an insulated chamber, significantly improving production efficiency.

3. Equipped with a three-layer wax tube cooler utilizing thermal oil for heating and cooling, the wax temperature is precisely and reliably controlled, with a temperature fluctuation range of no more than ±0.5°C and shrinkage consistently controlled within 0.5%.

4. Automatic, real-time closed-loop control of wax injection temperature, system pressure, and wax flow rate is implemented based on customer process requirements, ensuring easy operation and excellent consistency.

5. The wax flow pressure and flow rate can be independently adjusted, and a secondary pressurization function is included to effectively suppress wax mold shrinkage during cooling, ensuring stable mold dimensions and high-quality molding.

6. Key hydraulic and electrical components are imported brands, ensuring stable overall performance, low failure rates, and high overall cost-effectiveness.
