2. Product Description
1. The universal slurry dipping machine adopts a semi-closed guard structure, and the L plate can move up and down to prevent the slurry crutch
from being clamped during a power outage. The transmission system is mounted downward, which is easier to assemble and maintain. The use of
this mechnism lowers the height of the machine body, which reduces the labor intensity for the slurrying operator. All metals in contact with the
pulp throughout the equipment are made of stainless steel.
2. It is equipped with power outage protection and is not afraid of short-term precipitation of slurry. It is suitable for shell making of various precision
castings.
3. It adopts a bearing support structure with needle roller bearings as the main support to ensure smooth rotation under heavy load conditions and
longer service life.
4. It adopts arc cylindrical worm gear reducer with large load-bearing capacity, high efficiency and low temperature.
