1.The equipment's two workstations operate independently, each capable of simultaneously alternating between two sets of molds of varying sizes and heights. The process parameters (wax injection time and hold time) for each mold set can be individually configured. This allows operators to flexibly adjust process parameters to meet the requirements of different molds, improving equipment efficiency and production flexibility. For example, while one workstation can produce small wax models, another can produce large ones, fully utilizing equipment resources and increasing production capacity.

2.The equipment also features built-in wax melting and stirring functions to ensure uniform wax paste. The wax melting unit utilizes advanced heating technology to quickly melt solid wax into liquid form, and the stirring mechanism maintains uniform temperature and composition, ensuring high-quality wax injection.
