2. Product Description
1. This Wax Injection Machine is a four-column vertical die plate machine design with a single station. It adopts hydraulic mold closing and thermal oil heating as the heat preservation source, making the entire working system relatively stable, safe and reliable:
2. Operation method: manual start to prevent accidental hand injuries, and at the same time, the feet are safely lighted. After touching the fence, the mold closing action stops to protect against pinching injuries;
3. The hydraulic system is controlled by a Y-shaped motor to output flow and pressure, which can be adjusted manually;
4. Equipped with an ejection pin function, the mold can be designed to automatically eject, making it convenient and quick to take out the wax mold;
5. The wax injection pressure adjustment is divided into two stages of pressure control and manual adjustment;
6. The advancement and retreat of the nozzle is controlled by the hydraulic system, and the up and down of the nozzle is driven by a motor;
7. The wax storage tank is equipped with a temperature overload protection device for double protection;
8. The mantis storage barrel is equipped with an automatic liquid level device. The wax melter can automatically supply wax. When the wax level reaches the upper limit, the wax supply will automatically stop. There are two operating modes: automatic wax replenishment and manual wax replenishment;

Temperature control area: 1 wax storage cylinder, 1 cooling cylinder for the left and right stations, 1 wax extrusion cylinder and injection nozzle for the left and right stations, a total of 5 temperature zone controls, the storage temperature is 70-90°C. The temperature of the cooling cylinder at the left and right stations is 55-58°C, and the temperature of the wax extrusion cylinder and nozzle at the left and right stations is 55-60°C;
10. This intelligent wax shooting machine uses a 10-inch full-color LCD touch screen and a PLC Siemens control system. All parameter settings are completed on the screen (including temperature, time, core pulling and inserting movements, etc.). The human-machine interface is simple and elegant, and the operation is easy and convenient.
