1.Product advantages

In addition to insulation materials, the furnace structure also plays a key role in energy conservation. The trolley design makes opening and closing the furnace door easier, reducing heat loss caused by leaving the door open for too long. Advanced sealing technologies, such as high-temperature resistant silicone rubber sealing strips or a labyrinth-style sealing structure, are used between the furnace door and the furnace body to effectively prevent leakage of high-temperature gases within the furnace. The joint between the trolley and the furnace body is also carefully designed, using a soft-contact sealing method and equipped with a sand sealing groove and sand sealing knife device to further enhance the sealing effect. Excellent sealing performance fully utilizes the heat within the furnace, avoids heat waste caused by gas leakage, ensures the stability of the temperature field within the furnace, and creates favorable conditions for efficient energy conservation.
