1. Dynamically Adaptable Process Flexibility

This equipment supports over 10 custom process profiles, allowing precise parameter adjustments based on the varying mold materials. For silica sol molds, a 1-hour holding platform can be set at 600°C (to decompose residual organic matter), and a 2-hour strengthening platform can be set at 950°C (to enhance mold strength). For water glass molds, the high-temperature holding time can be shortened to 1 hour, reducing gas consumption. In contrast, traditional regenerative roasting furnaces can only set 2-3 simple profiles, failing to meet the diverse needs of complex molds.

2. Modular, Low-Maintenance Design

Key components utilize standardized modules: Consumable parts such as burner nozzles and ignition electrodes can be replaced manually (5 minutes per unit) without disassembling the furnace. The ceramic fiber modules utilize snap-on mounting, allowing for single module replacement in 30 minutes per unit in the event of local damage, eliminating the need for complete furnace relining. In contrast, replacing the regenerator in a traditional regenerative roaster requires dismantling the entire regenerator chamber, requiring only one to two days of maintenance per session. The equipment is equipped with a 10-inch touchscreen that displays 12 parameters in real time, including furnace temperature curves, gas flow, and trolley position.
