    The trolley-type energy-saving gas-fired roasting furnace utilizes an innovative composite refractory insulation material combination for furnace insulation. The inner lining is typically constructed from ceramic fiber modules, which have an extremely low thermal conductivity of only 0.03-0.05 W/(m·K) at room temperature. This means that the rate of heat loss through the lining is extremely low. The ceramic fiber modules also offer excellent thermal shock resistance, maintaining structural stability during frequent temperature fluctuations within the furnace and preventing cracks that could lead to heat leakage. The outer layer is constructed from lightweight refractory bricks, further enhancing insulation and improving the structural strength of the furnace. Compared to traditional heavy refractory brick linings, this composite structure not only significantly reduces heat storage within the furnace, reducing the energy required to heat the lining during temperature increases, but also effectively prevents heat loss to the ambient environment. At an ambient temperature of 25°C, the surface temperature of the furnace using this composite insulation structure can be kept below 60°C, compared to conventional furnaces, which can reach as high as 80-100°C. This reduces heat loss by over 50%.
