For example, a common proportional modulation burner automatically and precisely adjusts the gas and air supply according to the required furnace temperature. The burner incorporates high-precision sensors that monitor the gas and air flow rates in real time. Using an intelligent control system, the burners mix the gases according to the preset optimal air-fuel ratio. The theoretical air-fuel ratio for natural gas is approximately 9.5:1. In actual operation, the burner precisely controls this ratio within a very narrow tolerance, ensuring complete combustion. Traditional burners can suffer from incomplete combustion due to air-fuel ratio imbalances, resulting in some unused energy being discharged with the flue gas, resulting in waste. The burner in the trolley-type energy-saving gas roaster ensures complete combustion, significantly improving thermal efficiency to over 85%, a 5%-15% improvement over traditional burners.
