2.Product advantages
To further improve combustion efficiency, this equipment utilizes staged combustion technology. During the initial heating phase, when the furnace temperature is relatively low, the burner operates in low-fire mode, slowly raising the furnace temperature with a smaller gas flow and air supply. This prevents damage to the mold shell caused by excessive thermal stress due to a sudden temperature rise, while also preventing excessive gas consumption. As the furnace temperature approaches the set point, the burner automatically switches to high-fire mode, increasing the gas and air supply to accelerate the heating process and meet the production schedule.

During the insulation phase, the burner dynamically adjusts the gas supply based on temperature fluctuations to maintain a stable furnace temperature. For example, if the furnace temperature drops slightly, the burner immediately increases the gas flow to quickly replenish heat; as the furnace temperature rises, the gas supply is reduced to prevent overheating. This staged combustion and dynamic adjustment technology avoids inefficient gas consumption and offers significant energy savings compared to traditional single-combustion modes.
