Product Description

1) The equipment features built-in mechanical, electronic, and temperature-controlled pressure protection to ensure the furnace operates within the rated pressure range.

2) The water level is controlled by a probe sensor. Water supply is stopped at the upper limit, the built-in high-pressure pump is activated at the lower limit, and the equipment stops at the lower limit. This ensures reliable operation, safe use, and energy conservation.

3) The kettle door is a rotary quick-opening structure equipped with mechanical and electronic interlocks to ensure correct operation. It is also linked to the furnace body and steam valves on the kettle. The sealing ring is embedded, and air pressure pushes it out to seal after air intake. The door hinges and bearing seats are made of high-strength steel. After the door is fully opened, it has a limit stop to prevent the flange from breaking and falling.

4) The equipment comes with a complete pressure vessel qualification certificate and quality assurance certificate, complying with national pressure vessel inspection standards.

5) The equipment features alarms for water shortage, overtemperature, and process time. Boiler heating is controlled by both temperature and pressure. In the event of abnormal temperature or pressure, the system automatically shuts off the heater power and issues an audible and visual alarm.
