Voltage Regulating Kettle: High Pressure Dewaxing Range

3.1 The DTF electric steam dewaxing kettle employs a double-layer pressurized structure. As the outer vessel operates under high temperature and pressure, the inner surface consistently remains above 150 °C. This design eliminates condensation inside the tank, ensures quick thermal equilibrium, reduces steam consumption during dewaxing, minimizes shell cracking, and results in low moisture content in the reclaimed wax.

3.2 Structure: The dewaxing unit comprises a main tank, base, rapid-access door, wax collection chamber, heating elements, electrical control cabinet, and exterior cladding. It also comes with a transport trolley and a dedicated mold basket to facilitate efficient and straightforward dewaxing operations.

The kettle is fitted with a quick-release door mechanism that enhances operational safety and convenience while reducing opening and closing time. A safety interlock prevents the door from being opened unless the exhaust valve is activated, ensuring complete operational security. The system allows users to adjust the operating pressure within the designed range to meet specific process requirements.

It incorporates low-water-level protection that cuts off power to the heaters when the water level is insufficient, preventing dry-fire damage. An over-temperature alarm and automatic shutdown provide additional safety monitoring. The unit is also equipped with essential fittings including safety, intake, exhaust, wax discharge, drain, and check valves, as well as a pipeline filter, pressure gauge, and temperature indicator.
