3,Main Features and Advantages

3.1 The DTF electric steam dewaxing kettle features a double-layer pressure vessel design. As the outer tank operates under high temperature and pressure, the inner surface temperature remains above 150 °C. This prevents condensate in the inner tank, ensures rapid heat balance, saves steam during dewaxing, reduces shell cracking, and yields low wax moisture content.

3.2 Structure: The kettle includes the tank body, base, quick-opening door, wax bath, heater, electrical control cabinet, and cladding. A carriage and mold basket are also provided to facilitate smooth and efficient dewaxing.

The quick-opening door enhances safety, reliability, and operational convenience. A safety interlock prevents door opening unless the exhaust valve is released. Users can adjust pressure within the design range as needed.

Protections include low-water cutoff to prevent dry firing and heater damage, and a temperature alarm with automatic shutdown. The kettle is also equipped with safety, intake, exhaust, wax, drain, and check valves, plus a pipeline filter, pressure gauge, and temperature gauge.
