Efficient Dewaxing Autoclave for Casting Boilers

3.1 The DTF electric steam dewaxing kettle adopts a double-layer pressure vessel design. Since the outer tank operates under high temperature and high pressure, the inner surface temperature of the kettle is consistently maintained above 150 °C. This design prevents condensate accumulation in the inner tank, ensures rapid thermal equilibrium, reduces steam consumption during dewaxing, minimizes shell cracking, and results in low wax moisture content.

3.2 Structure: The electric dewaxing kettle consists of a tank body, base, quick-opening door, wax bath, heating elements, electrical control cabinet, and exterior cladding. It is also equipped with a transport carriage and a mold basket to facilitate smooth and efficient dewaxing operations.

The kettle features a quick-opening door mechanism that enhances both safety and operational convenience, allowing for fast and easy access. A safety interlock mechanism is installed on the door, which prevents opening when the exhaust valve is not released, significantly improving operational safety. The unit also includes a user-adjustable pressure setting function within the design range to accommodate varying process requirements.

Additional safety protections include a low-water cutoff that deactivates the heaters when the water level falls below the minimum threshold, preventing dry firing and element damage. A temperature alarm system automatically triggers an alert and stops heating in case of over-temperature conditions. The kettle is also fitted with essential auxiliaries including a safety valve, intake valve, exhaust valve, wax discharge valve, drain valve, check valve, pipeline filter, pressure gauge, and temperature indicator.
