The DTF Electric Heating Steam Dewaxing Kettle is one of the key pieces of complete precision Casting Equipment produced by our company. It is mainly used for the dewaxing process of middle mold shells in precision casting. 3,Main Features and Advantages

3.1 The DTF Electric Steam Dewaxing Kettle adopts a double-layer pressure vessel design. During operation, the outer tank is in high-temperature and high-pressure state, so the inner surface temperature of the kettle is always above 150 ºC. It has no condensed water in the inner tank, fast heat balance, saved high-temperature steam during dewaxing, less prone to shell cracking, and low wax moisture content.

3.2 Structure: The electric heating dewaxing kettle consists of tank body, base, quick-opening door, wax bath, heater, electrical control cabinet and outer skin. It is also equipped with a carriage for mold shell transportation and mold baskets to assist in smooth and simple dewaxing.

The tank has a quick door-opening device, which improves safety and reliability, and makes opening/closing the kettle door during operation convenient and time-saving. The tank door is equipped with a safety interlock mechanism: the kettle door cannot be opened if the exhaust valve is not opened, greatly enhancing safety and reliability.

The equipment has a pressure setting device: within the design pressure range, users can set the operating pressure arbitrarily as needed. It also has water shortage protection to stop heating: if there is no water in the tank or the water level is below the set minimum protection limit, the electric heater will not work or stop working to prevent dry burning and heater damage. The temperature alarm device can automatically alarm and stop heating when temperature exceeds the limit. It is also equipped with safety valve, intake valve, exhaust valve, wax valve, drain valve, check valve, pipeline filter, pressure gauge and temperature gauge.
