1. Double-Layer Pressure Vessel Design: The DTF electric steam dewaxing kettle features a double-layer structure. During operation, the outer tank maintains high temperature and pressure, ensuring the inner surface temperature remains consistently above 150°C. This design eliminates condensate accumulation in the inner tank, promotes rapid thermal equilibrium, reduces steam consumption during dewaxing, minimizes shell cracking, and results in lower moisture content in the reclaimed wax.

2. Robust Construction: The dewaxing kettle consists of a tank body, base, quick-opening door, wax collection tank, heating elements, electrical control cabinet, and exterior cladding. It is also equipped with a transport cart and mold baskets to facilitate smooth and efficient dewaxing operations.

3. Enhanced Safety and Operability: The quick-opening door mechanism ensures both safety and convenience, allowing for fast and easy access. A safety interlock system prevents the door from being opened unless the pressure release valve is activated, significantly enhancing operational safety. The unit also includes adjustable pressure settings, allowing users to select their desired working pressure within the design limits.

4. Comprehensive Protection Systems: The equipment is fitted with multiple safety features, including low-water-level protection that halts heating when water levels are insufficient to prevent dry firing and element damage. An over-temperature alarm and automatic shutdown provide additional protection. Other standard fittings include safety valves, intake and exhaust valves, a wax discharge valve, drain valve, check valve, pipeline filter, pressure gauge, and temperature indicator.
