3.1 The DTF Electric Heating Steam Dewaxing Kettle adopts a double-layer pressure vessel design. During operation, the outer tank operates under high-temperature and high-pressure conditions, which ensures the inner surface temperature of the kettle is consistently maintained above 150 ºC. This design eliminates condensed water formation in the inner tank, enabling rapid heat balance. It also delivers additional advantages, including reduced high-temperature steam consumption during dewaxing, lower risk of mold shell cracking, and minimal moisture content in the wax.

3.2 Structure: The electric heating dewaxing kettle is composed of a tank body, base, quick-opening door, wax sump, heater, electrical control cabinet, and outer casing. Additionally, it is equipped with a trolley for mold shell transportation and mold baskets, which facilitate the smooth and straightforward completion of the dewaxing process.

In terms of structural design, the tank is fitted with a quick door-opening device. This not only enhances safety and reliability but also makes opening and closing the kettle door during operation highly convenient and time-efficient. The tank door is equipped with a safety interlock mechanism: when the exhaust valve is not opened, the kettle door cannot be activated—greatly improving overall safety and reliability.

The equipment is also equipped with a pressure setting device. Within the design pressure range, users can freely set the operating pressure according to their specific requirements. It further features a water shortage protection function that stops heating: if there is no water in the tank or the water level fails to reach the set minimum protection threshold, the electric heater will either not start or shut down immediately, preventing dry heating and potential damage to the heater. A temperature alarm device is also included; it automatically triggers an alarm and stops heating when the temperature exceeds the limit.

Furthermore, the equipment is outfitted with essential components such as a safety valve, intake valve, exhaust valve, wax discharge valve, drain valve, check valve, pipeline filter, pressure gauge, and temperature gauge.
