1. Kettle Structure

Rapid Temperature Rise and Pressure Buildup: Dewaxing kettles generally utilize efficient heating methods, such as electric heating elements or steam heating systems. For example, in electrically heated dewaxing kettles, multiple high-power heating elements quickly provide sufficient heat for rapid temperature rise. Some Qinhuangdao Qiangda models, for example, are equipped with six 24kW heating elements, generating a total power of 147kW, enabling the equipment to reach the required dewaxing operating temperature in a short period of time. Furthermore, the equipment's sophisticated aeration system ensures extremely fast aeration and equilibration times. For example, the LBBC Boilerclave® dewaxing kettle can reach a pressure of 6 bar in just 3 seconds, while a typical 1000×1100mm Φ dewaxing kettle can typically reach a pressure of over 0.6 MPa in 5-10 seconds. This rapid pressure buildup effectively shortens the dewaxing cycle and improves production efficiency.

Optimized Internal Structure: The dewaxing kettle's internal structure is meticulously designed to facilitate rapid wax melting and discharge. For example, some equipment utilizes a special steam distribution device that evenly distributes steam across the mold, ensuring uniform heating and rapid melting of the wax from all parts simultaneously. Furthermore, the shape and size of the inner chambers of some dewaxing kettles have been optimized, taking into account the placement of the mold and the flow path of the wax. This reduces wax residue within the mold and improves the thoroughness of the dewaxing process.
