2. Main Features and Advantages

2.1 Heating Power: Heating power typically ranges from 144 to 180 kW. For example, Dalian Chengda's CD-TLF1200 dewaxing reactor comes standard with 144 kW of heating power, and an optional 180 kW heating power is available upon request to accommodate high-load production. Multiple heating elements are distributed around the inner tank to achieve uniform heating, ensuring a uniform temperature field within the reactor and consistent dewaxing results.

2.2 Operating Pressure and Design Pressure: The operating pressure range is similar to that of the Φ1000×1100mm equipment, generally between 0.75 and 0.9 MPa, with a design pressure of 1.0 MPa. The equipment boasts a fast inflation time of ≤15 seconds, reaching operating pressure quickly. Pressure fluctuations are controlled to ≤±0.02 MPa, ensuring pressure stability during the dewaxing process and improving dewaxing quality. Temperature Control: The temperature control range is 160-180°C. To ensure temperature uniformity within such a large inner chamber, some equipment utilizes multi-zone heating control technology. For example, ten groups of 18kW heating tubes are installed to control heating in different zones, achieving a temperature uniformity of ±3°C. This effectively prevents problems such as incomplete dewaxing or mold damage caused by temperature unevenness.
