1.Sturdy and Durable Kettle Structure

1.Inner Tank Dimensions: This dewaxing kettle has a diameter of 1000mm and a depth of 1100mm. The effective volume is calculated using the formula for the volume of a cylinder: V = π × (r²) × h = 3.14 × (0.5²) × 1.1, ≈ 0.86m³. This volume can meet the needs of mold shell dewaxing operations of a certain scale and is suitable for small and medium-sized precision casting companies.

2.Material: The inner tank can be made of either 304 stainless steel or 345R boiler steel, depending on customer needs and application scenarios. 304 stainless steel offers excellent corrosion resistance, effectively preventing impurities in the wax from corroding the vessel, ensuring the longevity of the equipment and protecting the wax from contamination during the melting process. It is suitable for applications requiring high-quality wax. 345R boiler steel, on the other hand, offers greater strength and pressure resistance, capable of withstanding higher operating pressures and suitable for use in production environments with stringent pressure requirements. For specialized applications, such as processing wax containing corrosive components, 316L stainless steel is also available for its superior corrosion resistance.

3. Equipment Components

This electric steam dewaxing kettle consists of seven core components: the furnace, kettle, door, water supply system, valve system, heating system, and electronic control system. The main structures of the furnace and kettle are constructed from high-quality boiler-grade stainless steel, ensuring excellent corrosion resistance and stability in high-temperature and high-pressure environments. The door utilizes a durable gear ring structure. The inner tank is constructed from high-quality 345R material, while the outer tank is constructed from Q235B material. This double-layer design not only enhances the overall strength of the equipment but also effectively improves thermal insulation and reduces heat loss.

In addition, the double-layer wax drain pipe and wax receiving trough are constructed from stainless steel, ensuring long-term corrosion resistance that will affect the dewaxing effect. All materials are selected in strict accordance with the national "Pressure Vessel Inspection Standards," ensuring the safety and reliability of the equipment from the very beginning. Each unit is equipped with two mold shell trolleys and material baskets to facilitate material loading and unloading, further improving production efficiency.
