1.Operation Preparation

1. Appearance Inspection: Inspect the furnace body, trolley, furnace door, and other components for damage or deformation, and for any lining peeling or cracks. Any abnormalities should be repaired or reported promptly.

2. Gas System Inspection: Inspect gas pipes, valves, and joints for leaks. Use soapy water to test for leaks; open flames are strictly prohibited. Confirm that the gas pressure is within the specified range. If the pressure is abnormal, contact a professional for adjustment. Check the gas filter for blockage. If clogged, clean or replace the filter element promptly.

3. Combustion System Inspection: Verify that the burner is securely installed and that the ignition device and flame detector are functioning properly. Check the burner's air supply system, including the fan and damper, to ensure smooth airflow and flexible damper adjustment.

4. Electrical System Inspection: Inspect the equipment's electrical wiring for damage, aging, and loose terminals. Test the temperature control instrument, operating buttons, indicator lights, and other electrical components for proper function. Verify that the grounding system is secure and reliable. The grounding resistance should meet relevant standards (generally no more than 4Ω). Trolley and Drive System Inspection: Check the trolley's track for smoothness and obstructions, and the position limits at both ends of the track for proper operation. Check the trolley's drive motor, reducer, chain, sprocket, and other components for smooth operation and proper lubrication. If any abnormalities are detected, re-lubricate or repair them promptly.

5. Furnace Door System Inspection: For lift-type furnace doors, check the electric hoist's wire rope for breakage or wear, and for sensitive and reliable limit switches. For side-opening furnace doors, check the hydraulic cylinder or electric push rod for proper operation, the integrity of the furnace door seal, and the sealing fibers for damage or aging.
