1. Efficient Gas Utilization: The burner utilizes proportional combustion technology, automatically adjusting the gas and air supply according to furnace temperature requirements to achieve complete combustion. This results in a thermal efficiency exceeding 85% (compared to 70%-80% for traditional burners), reducing gas consumption. Furthermore, the furnace body utilizes a new composite refractory insulation material with low thermal conductivity and minimal heat storage, resulting in a surface temperature of ≤ 60°C (at an ambient temperature of 25°C). This minimizes heat loss and, compared to conventional roasting furnaces, offers 20%-30% energy savings, significantly reducing production costs over long-term operation.

2. Adaptability to Production Rhythm: Rapid heating, optimal heat retention, and intelligent cooling optimize the roasting cycle. For small-batch, high-variety production, the process curve can be flexibly adjusted to shorten auxiliary time; in large-scale continuous production, the trolleys are circulated in and out of the furnace (multiple trolleys operate alternately, one for roasting and one for loading/unloading), realizing a continuous production mode and improving the overall production efficiency of the equipment. Compared with the old intermittent roasting furnace, the production efficiency is increased by 30%-50%.
