1.Product Description

1. Furnace: Utilizing a steel frame structure, the outer layer is constructed of high-quality cold-rolled steel sheets, formed through bending and welding, providing excellent strength and rigidity. The inner layer is composed of refractory insulation materials, typically a composite masonry of ceramic fiber modules (thermal conductivity of 0.03-0.05 W/(m·K) at room temperature) and lightweight refractory bricks (bulk density of 0.8-1.2 g/cm³). Ceramic fiber modules are used for the furnace roof and walls, while lightweight refractory bricks are used for the furnace bottom and other areas. This creates a highly efficient insulation system, minimizing heat loss and reducing gas consumption. Precast refractory castables are installed inside the furnace walls to enhance thermal shock and wear resistance, protecting against the high-temperature airflow during shell firing.

2. Carriage: Consists of a carriage frame, refractory lining, and travel mechanism. The frame is welded with high-strength steel to bear the weight of the formwork; the refractory lining is paved with refractory bricks and castables, which match the refractory materials of the furnace body to ensure that the trolley is heated evenly and has high strength; the traveling mechanism includes a driving wheel, a driven wheel, a transmission motor, and a reducer. The driving wheel is made of cast steel and has been tempered. It is matched with the track (usually a QU-type lifting rail) to ensure that the trolley can enter and exit the furnace smoothly.
