1. Mold Shell Quality Assurance: Precise temperature control and uniform firing ensure complete burnout of the binder within the mold shell, resulting in high mold shell strength (flexural strength ≥ 3MPa at room temperature, ≥ 1MPa at 1000°C) and excellent air permeability (air permeability ≤ 10mL/min, adjusted according to the mold shell material). This ensures smooth metal filling during pouring, reducing defects such as porosity, slag inclusions, and cold shuts. For example, in the production of automotive engine cylinder head castings, using this furnace to process mold shells has reduced the casting scrap rate from 8%-12% with traditional equipment to 3%-5%. Casting dimensional accuracy can reach CT6-CT7 levels, with a surface roughness of Ra ≤ 6.3μm, meeting high-end casting requirements.

2. Wide range of process adaptability: It can handle molds of different sizes and shapes, from small precision electronic component molds (a few centimeters in size) to large ship propeller molds (several meters in size), and from simple flat molds to complex curved and hollow molds.
