2.Product advantages
The quality of mold shell firing directly determines the subsequent casting quality. This equipment utilizes multiple technological designs to ensure high-quality mold shells. Precise temperature control and uniformity ensure a more complete mold shell firing. Its PID intelligent temperature control algorithm, combined with multiple sets of high-precision thermocouples, keeps the furnace temperature deviation within ±3°C (some high-quality models can reach ±2°C). This prevents the uneven temperatures found in traditional furnaces, which can lead to partial over- or under-firing of the mold shell. Over-firing can cause a sudden drop in mold shell strength and prone to collapse during pouring, while under-firing can leave binder residue, generating gases during pouring and causing porosity in the casting. For example, within the firing range of 900-1100°C, this equipment steadily increases and maintains the temperature according to a pre-set curve, fully converting the silica sol binder in the mold shell into a glassy phase. This results in a room-temperature flexural strength exceeding 3MPa and a high-temperature flexural strength exceeding 1MPa at 1000°C, far exceeding the industry average.
