2.Product advantages

The equipment's energy savings don't rely solely on thick insulation; rather, they rely on the synergy of active thermal control and a low-energy structure. The combustion system's dynamic adaptive technology ensures on-demand gas supply. The burner's built-in oxygen sensor monitors the flue gas oxygen content (indicating combustion completeness) in real time, automatically adjusting the air damper opening (air supply) and the gas valve opening. For example, when the furnace temperature approaches the target, the gas flow rate is automatically reduced (from 200kW at full load to 50kW), avoiding "overheating waste." Traditional burners, on the other hand, typically use open-loop control, supplying a fixed flow rate regardless of whether the furnace temperature meets the target, resulting in a gas waste rate of 15%-20%.

Additionally, the low heat storage advantage of lightweight refractory materials reduces "wasted energy." The furnace body utilizes polycrystalline mullite ceramic fiber modules. Compared to traditional heavy refractory bricks, its bulk density is only 0.2-0.3g/cm³, and its heat storage capacity is reduced by 80%. When the equipment heats up, it does not consume a large amount of heat to heat the furnace lining itself, and when cooling, the furnace lining will not cause sudden heating of the formwork due to "excess waste heat" causing sudden heating of the mold shell. The furnace bottom uses low-cement refractory castable (cement content <15%), which takes into account both strength and thermal insulation. The overall heat loss is reduced by 30% compared to traditional furnace bodies, indirectly reducing gas consumption.
