1.Introduction of regenerative burner

The process compatibility with a wide range of mold types expands the scope of casting production. Whether it's water glass molds (requiring firing temperatures of 800-1000°C, focusing on binder decomposition), silica sol molds (requiring higher temperatures for structural strengthening), or complex composite molds (differentiated temperature control for different parts), the equipment can meet your needs with customizable process profiles. For example, the mold for automotive turbocharger blades has a complex structure with both thin and thick wall sections. The equipment can be configured with a dedicated "slow heating - staged holding - slow cooling" profile: a slow heating rate of 5°C/min from 200-500°C prevents cracking in thin walls due to rapid evaporation of moisture; a two-hour holding period at 950°C ensures sufficient binder burnout in thick wall sections. Ultimately, the mold achieves a 40% improvement in strength consistency across all parts, reducing casting scrap rates from 8%-12% with conventional equipment to 3%-5%. Dimensional accuracy remains stable at CT6-CT7 levels, with a surface roughness of Ra ≤ 6.3μm.
