2.Product advantages
    A major drawback of traditional roasting furnaces is large local temperature variations within the furnace. This is especially true for long furnaces (e.g., 10-meter furnaces), where the temperature difference between the ends and the center can reach 10-15°C, leading to inconsistent quality within the same batch of mold shells. This equipment overcomes this limitation through a "three-dimensional temperature control system": zoned burner layout, optimized airflow circulation, and multi-point temperature measurement feedback. The burners are arranged in a staggered configuration, employing "side wall tiering + furnace top supplemental heating." The side walls are divided into two to three layers by height, with four to six burners per layer, ensuring uniform flame coverage within the furnace. A deflector on the furnace top guides the high-temperature flue gas, creating a "top-down" and "side-to-side" circulation flow, avoiding localized "dead zones." Furthermore, 8 to 12 thermocouples (instead of the traditional 2 to 3) are positioned at various locations within the furnace to collect real-time temperature data for each zone. The PLC system fine-tunes the gas supply to the corresponding burners based on these data differences. Ultimately, the system achieves a temperature uniformity of ±3°C throughout the 12-meter-long furnace, more than double the industry average of ±5-8°C.
    More importantly, its multi-stage process curve customization capabilities meet the "stepped" requirements of complex mold shells. The system supports the configuration of over 10 temperature nodes, each with independently configurable heating rates and holding times. For example, in order to avoid tiny cracks (which affect biocompatibility) in the mold shell of medical implants (such as artificial joints), a "slow temperature platform" must be set up at 600°C (keeping it warm for 30 minutes to slowly release the stress inside the mold shell), and a "strengthening platform" must be set up at 900°C (keeping it warm for 2 hours to increase the density). The equipment can accurately execute the parameters of each node, greatly improving the controllability of the mold shell quality.
