2.Product advantages

The temperature control system begins with temperature acquisition, accomplished through multiple sets of high-precision thermocouples. Thermocouples operate based on the Seebeck effect and consist of two metal wires of different materials forming a closed circuit. When a temperature difference exists between the measuring terminal inside the furnace and the reference terminal at a relatively low temperature (such as the terminal outside the furnace), a thermoelectric potential (EMF) is generated in the circuit. The magnitude of this potential is proportional to the temperature difference. For example, a K-type thermocouple (nickel-chromium-nickel-silicon thermocouple) exhibits excellent linearity and stability in its thermoelectric potential-temperature characteristic over the common roasting temperature range of 0-1300°C, enabling precise sensing of furnace temperature changes with an accuracy of ±1°C.

In a trolley-type Gas Roasting Furnace, thermocouples are not arranged in a single location; rather, 8-12 thermocouples are installed at various locations within the furnace (such as the furnace roof, walls, furnace bottom, and various locations on the trolley) to comprehensively capture the complex temperature distribution within the furnace. Because of factors such as differences in gas combustion zones and airflow circulation within the furnace, temperatures can vary slightly from one area to another. Multi-point temperature measurement prevents unnoticed local temperature deviations. For example, the ends of the furnace, far from the burner, can easily be lower in temperature than the center. Thermocouples can detect this temperature difference in real time, providing comprehensive data for subsequent precise temperature control.
