2.Product advantages

Traditional gas-fired regenerative roasting furnaces primarily utilize regenerators to recover heat from high-temperature flue gases, achieving heat recycling. During operation, gas and air mix and combust within the combustion chamber, generating a high-temperature flame and flue gases that heat the mold shells within the furnace. As the high-temperature flue gases pass through the regenerator, they transfer heat to the regenerator, raising its temperature. Subsequently, a reversing device redirects the flue gas flow, allowing cool air to pass through the regenerator, where it absorbs heat and becomes hot air before entering the combustion chamber, where it mixes with the gas for combustion, thereby improving energy efficiency.

However, this operating method has limitations. Over extended use, the regenerators can experience thermal fatigue and blockage, impacting heat recovery efficiency. Furthermore, frequent operation of the reversing device can easily lead to equipment failure and increase maintenance costs. Furthermore, due to the lag between the storage and release of heat by the regenerators, the accuracy of furnace temperature control is affected, making it difficult to meet the baking requirements of certain high-precision mold shells.
