Trolley-type energy-saving gas roasting furnaces utilize a more advanced and precise operating principle. High-performance burners precisely control the gas-air mixture ratio, ensuring complete combustion and generating stable, efficient heat. For temperature control, these furnaces utilize advanced PID intelligent temperature control algorithms and multiple sets of high-precision thermocouples for real-time monitoring of the furnace temperature. These thermocouples are located at various locations within the furnace, enabling comprehensive and accurate temperature data to be collected and transmitted to the control system. The control system analyzes and processes this data based on a pre-set roasting process profile. By adjusting the burner's gas flow rate and air supply, the control system precisely controls the furnace temperature, significantly improving temperature uniformity. Temperature deviations can be controlled to within ±3°C, and even ±2°C on some high-quality equipment.

Furthermore, these trolley-type energy-saving gas roasting furnaces feature a sophisticated air circulation system. Through the rational design of the furnace's air ducts and diversion devices, the high-temperature flue gas forms a uniform airflow circulation within the furnace, ensuring that all parts of the mold shell are evenly heated, further improving the roasting quality. During the cooling stage, the equipment can adopt natural cooling or auxiliary cooling methods as needed to precisely control the cooling rate and prevent defects such as cracks in the mold shell caused by rapid temperature changes.
