For complex silica sol molds used in the aerospace industry, multiple holding platforms with varying temperatures can be set to ensure sufficient decomposition and burnout of the binder within the mold, enhancing its strength and stability.

2. High Efficiency and Energy Saving: In addition to achieving efficient fuel gas utilization through precise combustion control, this feature also offers unique furnace insulation. The use of new composite refractory insulation materials, such as a combination of ceramic fiber modules and lightweight refractory bricks, effectively reduces heat loss from the furnace. The ceramic fiber modules offer low thermal conductivity, low heat capacity, and thermal shock resistance, effectively reducing heat loss from the furnace. The furnace surface temperature can be controlled below 60°C (at an ambient temperature of 25°C), significantly reducing heat loss compared to traditional furnaces and resulting in significant energy savings.
