2.Product advantage

Furnace Door

The main body of the furnace door is welded from steel plates and steel sections, with thick steel frames surrounding it. This ensures overall rigidity and strength while reducing weight. The fiber lining is secured with a hanging riveted method, effectively ensuring the fiber's durability from frequent opening and closing, extending the door's service life. The furnace door features a thickened ceramic fiber blanket, and the steel plates on the door and furnace face are 6mm thicker.

The furnace door is electrically operated. To prevent damage to the door's sealing strips, the door moves up and down, separating approximately 80mm from the furnace body during lifting. This prevents deformation of the steel structure and ensures a reliable seal during prolonged high-temperature operation. The door's lifting speed is 6m/min.
