Mechanical pressure protection acts as a sturdy shield, ensuring that furnace pressure remains within a safe range. Electronic pressure protection, through intelligent monitoring, immediately shuts off power if pressure exceeds the set range, preventing potential problems before they occur. Temperature-controlled indirect pressure protection cleverly monitors pressure indirectly through temperature changes, adding an extra layer of safety to equipment operation. When the water level falls below the set point, a water shortage alarm sounds, simultaneously shutting off the heater power to prevent dry-burning. An overtemperature alarm sounds when the temperature rises abnormally, protecting the equipment from heat damage. The process time alarm thoughtfully reminds operators when the process time has expired, ensuring precise control of the production process. Furthermore, a safety valve automatically opens in the event of abnormal pressure, providing a final line of defense for equipment safety.
