I. System Architecture: Engineered for Durability and Performance
The electric steam dewaxing kettle is composed of seven core subsystems, each precision-engineered to ensure reliability, safety, and efficiency.
(1) Furnace Assembly
The furnace is fabricated from industrial-grade stainless steel, meeting boiler material standards. This selection guarantees structural integrity and corrosion resistance, supporting consistent performance under high-temperature and high-pressure conditions.
(2) Kettle Structure
The kettle employs a dual-compartment design, with an inner vessel made of high-tensile 345R alloy and an outer shell of Q235B carbon steel. This configuration improves mechanical strength and thermal efficiency while minimizing heat loss, resulting in faster and more energy-effective dewaxing.
(3) Door and Sealing System
The kettle door operates via a geared ring mechanism and incorporates dual interlocking—both mechanical and electronic—to enhance operational safety. Hinges and support bases are constructed from reinforced materials, and a built-in opening limiter prevents over-extension and potential impact, contributing to long-term operational stability.
