Double-Walled Pressure Vessel Structure
The DTF utilizes a unique double-walled pressure vessel design. Under operating conditions, the outer shell maintains high temperature and pressure, maintaining a stable inner wall temperature above 150°C. This structure prevents internal condensation, achieves faster thermal equilibrium, reduces steam usage, minimizes mold cracking, and produces regenerated wax with extremely low residual moisture.
