3.Key Features and Advantages

3.1 Structural Design:
The electric dewaxing system consists of a tank body, base, quick-opening door, wax collection chamber, heating elements, electrical control cabinet, and exterior cladding. It is also furnished with a dedicated carriage and mold basket for efficient handling and loading of shell molds, streamlining the entire dewaxing process.

The quick-opening door mechanism enhances both operational safety and convenience, allowing fast and secure access to the kettle. A safety interlock is integrated into the door system—it remains locked while the pressure release valve is engaged, preventing accidental opening during operation and ensuring compliance with safety standards.

The unit includes an adjustable pressure setting function, allowing users to select operating pressures within the design range according to process requirements. It is also equipped with multiple protective features:

• Low-water cutoff protection halts heating if the water level falls below the minimum threshold, preventing dry firing and heater damage.

• Over-temperature alarm and automatic shutdown activate when temperature exceeds the set limit.

Additional components include safety valves, steam inlet and exhaust valves, wax discharge valve, drain valve, check valve, pipeline filter, as well as pressure and temperature gauges for comprehensive process monitoring and control.
