2. Product Introduction
The DTF electric steam dewaxing kettle represents a critical component within our precision Casting Equipment series. Developed specifically for dewaxing mid-shell investment casting molds, it integrates cutting-edge innovations from global and domestic technologies. Designed with emphasis on operational security, functional stability, and user-oriented performance, the system achieves quick steam generation, thorough wax removal, high energy efficiency, and eco-friendly operation—making it a superior solution for modern precision foundry demands.

3. Core Features and Benefits
3.1 Dual-Compartment Pressure Vessel
Constructed with a two-layer pressure-resistant architecture, the kettle’s outer vessel operates under continuous high temperature and pressure. This sustains the inner surface temperature above 150 °C, preventing condensation formation, shortening heat-up time, lowering steam usage, reducing shell fracture rates, and yielding reclaimed wax with minimal moisture content.

3.2 System Construction and Workflow Support
The structural core consists of a reinforced kettle body, load-bearing base, quick-actuating door, built-in wax recovery tank, heating assembly, electrical control system, and protective housing. A tailor-made transport trolley aids in the efficient movement of mold shells and baskets, ensuring smooth and ergonomic operation throughout the dewaxing process.

The rapid-opening door system is designed for both safety and efficiency, reducing opening/closing time while maintaining a secure seal. A safety interlock prohibits door release when the exhaust valve remains closed, enforcing strict operational safety. Users can also fine-tune the process pressure within the equipment’s certified operating range via an intuitive regulation interface.

3.3 Multi-Level Safeguards and System Control
Included protection and monitoring features comprise:

  • Low-water-level auto-cutoff to halt heating and prevent element damage;

  • Over-temperature protection with alert and immediate power disconnection;
