2.1 Advanced Dual-Wall Pressure Vessel
The DTF utilizes an innovative dual-wall pressure vessel design. During operation, the outer chamber maintains elevated temperature and pressure conditions, ensuring the inner surface temperature remains consistently above 150°C. This advanced configuration prevents condensate formation, enables rapid thermal equilibrium, reduces steam consumption during dewaxing, minimizes mold shell fractures, and yields recovered wax with minimal moisture content.
2.2 Enhanced System Architecture
The dewaxing system features a reinforced vessel construction, heavy-duty structural base, rapid-sealing door mechanism, integrated wax collection chamber, electric heating system, centralized control cabinet, and insulated exterior cladding. A specialized material handling cart and mold basket system ensure secure and efficient transfer of shell molds throughout the production process.
The quick-opening door system incorporates safety interlocks that prevent access while the vessel is pressurized, ensuring operator safety and process integrity. Programmable pressure control allows operators to adjust working parameters within the certified design envelope.
The system incorporates comprehensive protection features:
Automatic low-water protection with heater deactivation
Over-temperature monitoring with visual/audible alerts
