2,Description

1. The hydraulic system uses a Y-type three-phase asynchronous motor to control output flow and pressure, and supports manual adjustment.

2. Equipped with an ejector function, the mold can be designed with an automatic ejection mechanism for quick wax pattern removal.

3. Dual-mold operation is supported, allowing the same station to accommodate two molds with different nozzle heights.

4. The wax injection pressure adopts a two-stage control strategy and can be adjusted independently manually.

5. The nozzle advance and retraction movement is driven by the hydraulic system, while the vertical movement is controlled by a motor.

6. The wax storage tank is equipped with a temperature overload protection device, providing dual safety protection.

7. The wax storage tank is equipped with an automatic liquid level sensor, supporting automatic wax supply. Wax supply automatically stops when the wax reaches the upper limit, and both automatic and manual wax replenishment modes are available.
