Structural Features
Wax-Free Design: Utilizing wax-free technology, liquid wax at 80°C-100°C is directly filled into the tank, eliminating the tedious process of wax tank replacement, reducing labor intensity and improving production efficiency. This also avoids wax waste and equipment downtime caused by wax tank replacement.
Dual-Stage Wax Cooling System: The dual-stage wax cooling system effectively controls the wax temperature, ensuring stable fluidity throughout the molding process, improving the quality and dimensional accuracy of wax patterns. Furthermore, the cooling system prevents overheating and quality issues, extending the lifespan of the wax.
Compound Tube Insulation: Both the nozzle and wax piping utilize a compound tube insulation structure. This minimizes heat loss during wax transportation, ensuring the wax remains at the appropriate temperature upon arrival at the mold cavity, improving molding quality and reducing defects caused by temperature variations.
Automatic Nozzle Height Adjustment: The nozzle height automatically adjusts to the mold height, facilitating the simultaneous use of two molds of different heights. This increases the flexibility and versatility of the equipment and reduces mold replacement costs and time. Adjustable wax injection speed: The wax injection speed can be adjusted to meet the molding needs of different wax patterns. For wax patterns with thin walls or complex structures, a slower injection speed can be used to avoid problems such as bubbles and underfilling. For larger wax patterns, the injection speed can be increased to improve production efficiency.
 
Intelligent Temperature Control System: The temperature controller is intelligent, the human-machine interface uses a touch screen, and the control system utilizes a PLC. These advanced control technologies make the equipment easier and more intuitive to operate. They also enable precise control and real-time monitoring of parameters such as wax temperature, injection pressure, and injection time, improving the equipment's automation and production stability.
 
Water-cooling system: Key components such as the workbench, platen, and oil tank are equipped with water cooling systems. These systems, coupled with a chiller, effectively control the hydraulic oil temperature, preventing equipment failure or wax pattern quality degradation caused by excessive oil temperatures, thereby ensuring long-term operational stability and reliability.
