1.This equipment is equipped with a high-performance mobile worktable featuring precision guides and a servo drive system, enabling precise positioning and rapid transfer between workstations. The worktable is specially hardened for wear and corrosion resistance, and features an automatic locking mechanism to ensure absolute mold stability during the wax injection process.

2. The wax box lid is integrally molded from 304 stainless steel and precision-polished and anti-stick treated to a surface finish of Ra ≤ 0.8μm. Its structural design includes a sealing reinforcement groove and a quick-clamping mechanism to effectively prevent wax leakage while enabling rapid opening and closing of the lid, significantly improving production efficiency.

3. This fully automatic multi-station Wax Injection Machine utilizes an integrated PLC control system, enabling coordinated control of all execution units via industrial Ethernet. The die-pressing cylinder is equipped with a high-precision magnetic coupling sensor, providing real-time feedback on mold clamping pressure. The wax injection cylinder utilizes proportional pressure regulation technology, enabling infinitely variable adjustment of injection speed and pressure. The nozzle translation cylinder, wax gun mechanism, and slide cylinder are all equipped with displacement monitoring, ensuring repeatability to ±0.1mm. The ejector system utilizes a servo drive, enabling digital setting of ejection stroke and speed.
