The control system includes multiple built-in wax injection process parameter templates, allowing operators to directly access the corresponding templates based on different product models, greatly simplifying the operation process. The PLC control system also features comprehensive fault diagnosis capabilities, monitoring the operating status of each equipment component in real time. Upon detecting an abnormality, it immediately issues an alarm signal and displays the fault location and cause, facilitating prompt intervention by maintenance personnel.
2.Furthermore, the mold clamping section of the equipment utilizes a "C-shaped frame + quick-locating pin" structure. Constructed from a single piece of high-strength alloy steel and precision-machined and heat-treated, the C-shaped frame boasts a rigidity of 2000N/μm, providing stable support during mold closing and preventing deformation that could affect the accuracy of the wax pattern. The quick-locating pins utilize a conical surface for positioning, achieving a positioning accuracy of up to 0.02 mm. This eliminates the need for repeated calibration during mold assembly, significantly reducing mold change time.
