一、Product Description

This high-performance, fully automatic, pneumatic, dual-station low-temperature Wax Injection Machine is designed specifically for forming wax patterns in precision investment casting. The machine utilizes a fully pneumatic drive system, resulting in smooth operation, low noise, and high reliability, making it particularly suitable for long-term continuous production. Both the mold clamping force and wax injection pressure can be independently and steplessly adjusted via the human-machine interface or control panel, giving the machine a high degree of process flexibility and adaptability to meet the production needs of diverse mold structures and diverse products.

The core of the machine is centrally controlled by a high-performance programmable logic controller (PLC), offering a high degree of integration, reliable logic, and rapid response. All key operating units, including the mold clamping cylinder, main wax injection cylinder, nozzle lateral translation cylinder, wax gun mechanism, ejector mechanism, and complex core extraction and insertion actuator, all transmit real-time signals to the PLC control system via high-precision sensors. This enables automated closed-loop control and real-time status monitoring of the entire process, from mold clamping and wax injection to ejection and removal, ensuring precision and reliability at every step.

The unique dual-station design is a key advantage of this machine. The two workstations can operate in parallel or alternately: while one station is performing wax injection or pressure-maintaining molding, the other can simultaneously complete preparatory tasks such as mold cleaning, spraying release agent, placing inserts, and removing the finished product. This parallel operation minimizes equipment idle time, significantly improving equipment utilization and single-machine production efficiency. Furthermore, thanks to the stability of the fully pneumatic system and the precise control of the PLC program, the pressure, speed, and time parameters throughout the molding process are strictly controlled. The wax patterns produced are stable and consistent in size, with a high surface finish and excellent internal quality, greatly improving the quality of the final precision castings.
