1. Configuration

With a clamping force ranging from 50 to 200 tons, this equipment can easily accommodate large molds exceeding 1.5 meters in length and weighing over 50 kilograms. It meets the wax pattern forming needs of large castings such as turbine blades and large valve bodies. The mold installation area offers significant flexibility and can be expanded to 2 to 5 square meters based on actual production needs, providing ample space for molds of varying sizes.

The equipment is equipped with a large-capacity wax tank of 50 to 100 liters, providing excellent wax storage and thermal insulation capabilities. The tank features a double-layer insulation structure, with an inner layer of high-temperature-resistant stainless steel and an outer layer filled with high-efficiency insulation material. This ensures constant wax temperature fluctuation within ±1°C, ensuring a stable working state. With a wax injection rate of 3 to 8 liters/second, large molds can be filled with wax in 30 to 90 seconds, enabling a single-shift production capacity of 30 to 80 large wax patterns, perfectly suited to the production schedule of small and medium-sized batches of large castings.

The wax injection pressure can be adjusted continuously over a wide range, from 0.5 to 15 MPa, with exceptionally high pressure control accuracy of ±0.05 MPa. This precise pressure control allows for targeted adjustments based on the thickness variations of different wax pattern sections, ensuring full filling of thick areas while preventing damage to thinner details.
