2.Product Advantages

1.Operation and Control: A high degree of automation is common, with Siemens PLC-based control systems providing automatic locking/unlocking, door opening/closing, and water refilling. Remote monitoring of equipment operation is also possible, allowing for diagnostics and maintenance. Some dewaxing kettles feature touchscreens that store technical parameters for each dewaxing cycle for easy access the next time the kettle is used.

2.Safety: Multiple safety features are included, including dual pressure and temperature controls that automatically shut off the heating power when the pressure or temperature exceeds the set value. The water level is controlled by an electronic dual-color level control system. Features include water refill and heating power cutoffs at excessively high water levels and heating power cutoffs at extremely low water levels to prevent dry-burning damage to the heater.
