2. Main Features and Advantages

1. Stable Temperature and Pressure Control: Equipped with an advanced temperature and pressure control system, the reactor's internal surface temperature and pressure are precisely maintained. The reactor's internal surface temperature remains consistently above 150°C, ensuring the wax is fully melted and flows smoothly out of the mold. This reduces the amount of distilled water in the reactor and the wax, lowering the wax's moisture content and effectively preventing casting defects caused by residual moisture. Precise pressure control ensures uniform stress on the mold during the dewaxing process, significantly reducing the likelihood of cracks or fissures, laying a solid foundation for producing high-quality castings.

Optimized Steam Filling and Pressure Release: A symmetrical steam inlet design optimizes the steam filling process, ensuring more even steam distribution within the reactor and sufficient, uniform heating of each mold. Furthermore, the steam outlet, equipped with an automatic control valve, optimizes pressure release, further reducing the risk of mold cracking. 3. Stainless Steel Diversion and Filtration Device: An internal stainless steel diversion and filtration device effectively guides the wax liquid after it exits the mold shell.
