2.Product Description

1. Fast Pressure Balance: Our dewaxing reactor utilizes a dual-chamber pressure vessel design, enabling extremely fast inflation and pressure balance in typically less than 5 seconds (at 0.7 MPa). This rapid pressure balance ensures rapid and even heating of the mold shells, significantly shortening the dewaxing cycle and significantly improving production efficiency. For example, a large investment casting company, after using our dewaxing reactor, reduced its single-batch dewaxing time from 30 minutes to 20 minutes, increasing daily production capacity by 30%.

2. Automatic Mold Loading and Unloading: Equipped with an advanced automatic mold loading and unloading system, the system is convenient and fast, saving time and effort.
