1. Multiple Safety Interlocks: The door features a quick-opening structure and is equipped with multiple safety interlocks. If the kettle is pressurized, the door cannot be opened; if the door is not fully closed, air cannot be supplied. Furthermore, an inner tank exhaust valve is interlocked with the kettle door, preventing it from opening unless the valve is fully open. These safety interlocks provide comprehensive safety assurance for the operation of the equipment, effectively preventing accidents caused by misoperation.

2. Dual Pressure and Temperature Protection: An electric contact pressure gauge precisely controls the pressure, while a temperature controller displays the kettle temperature in real time. A secondary protection function is also included. If the pressure gauge fails to control the temperature, exceeding the set temperature limit, the equipment will immediately shut off the heating power supply to prevent safety issues caused by excessive temperatures. Furthermore, the water level is controlled by an electronic dual-color liquid level control. If the water level exceeds the upper limit, water replenishment and heating power will be cut off. If the water level exceeds the lower limit, the heating power will be cut off to prevent damage to the heater due to dry-burning. Furthermore, warning lights and alarms will sound warning signals in the event of abnormal water levels, alerting the operator to take prompt action. 3. Safety Standard Compliance: The design, manufacturing, and inspection of this equipment strictly adhere to relevant national safety standards and regulations.
