Introduction:

This equipment is suitable for rapid wax-water separation during wax processing.

Application: Used for wax-water separation during wax processing.

Features:

1. Large film-forming area ensures more complete and rapid wax-water separation.

3. All parts in contact with the wax are made of stainless steel, preventing contamination of the wax.

5. Utilizing a touch screen + PLC intelligent control system, all operations are performed by a set of high-efficiency pneumatic components, achieving automated and intelligent wax-water removal.

6. No dewatering tank is required. After the treated wax is allowed to rest in a settling tank, it can be used directly for wax injection. This eliminates the need for prolonged high-temperature boiling, ensuring excellent wax stability.

7. Double-layer insulation is used in the wax valves and piping to prevent cold wax from clogging the piping. An optimized wax filtration system reduces stagnant time.
