The DTF electric heating steam degreasing kettle is the core component of our precision Casting Equipment series. It is specifically designed for shell-type degreasing in the investment casting process, integrating international advanced technology. It is safe, reliable, and highly efficient. This system features rapid heating and degreasing capabilities, ensuring high efficiency and energy conservation, and meeting modern environmental protection standards.

3. Main Features and Advantages

3.1 Double-Wall Pressure Vessel Design

• Operates under high temperature and high pressure conditions, with the inner wall temperature maintained above 150°C continuously.

• Prevents the formation of condensate in the inner cavity.

• Provides rapid thermal response, reducing steam consumption.

• Reduces shell cracking and has an extremely low wax water content recovery rate.

3.2 System Configuration

• Includes: kettle body, base, quick opening mechanism, wax box, heating module, electrical control system, and external coating.

• Supports auxiliary equipment: shell transportation trolley and dedicated mold basket, facilitating efficient loading and unloading.

3.3 Operational Efficiency and Safety

• Quick opening mechanism for quick maintenance and ensuring sealing.

• Safety interlock device to prevent door opening unless pressure is completely released through the exhaust valve.

• Users can adjust the working pressure within the design range.

• Multiple levels of protection: low water level cut-off device to stop heating and prevent dry running; over-temperature alarm and automatic shutdown.

• Comprehensive valve and instrument settings: safety valve, steam inlet valve, exhaust valve, wax discharge valve, discharge valve, check valve, online filter, pressure and temperature indicators.
